In the vast expanse of eternity, Philip Steve shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Philip Steve farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Glennis, Eileen Neace and Dora Hess Rawlings. He is survived by: his parents, Steve Hess and Glenna Neace Hess; and his brother Matthew Hess.
