She is survived by: her husband John Lemke, Jr. of Louisville; her children, Beth Gupton (Darren) of Campbellsville and Alan Lemke (Lauren) of Mt. Washington; her brothers, Ronnie Medley of Florida, Kenny Medley of Florida, John Medley of North Carolina and Art Medley of Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Sawyer Lee, Jake Gupton, Saylor Lee, Hannah Gupton and Jaxson Lemke. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
