She was predeceased by: her parents, Lexie Tomerlin and Mattie Tomerlin; her husband Ira Hancock, Jr.; her son Garry Hancock; and her sisters, Ruby Harris and Bertha Welch.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Hancock (Erin) and Gregory Hancock, Sr. (Kellye); her grandchildren, Alan Hancock (Sarah), Joshua Hancock (Lisa) and Shannon Hancock (Marty); her great grandchildren, Austin Hancock, Adeline Gish and Sailor Gish; Toni Borders. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
The family requests that contributions in Polly's memory be made to the Air Force Enlisted Village.
