He is survived by: his wife Brenda S. Ballard; his son Rick Ballard Jr.; his grandchildren, Brannon Ballard, Jenna Carroll, Blake Coffey and Autumn Coffey; his mother Joyce Ballard; and his brothers, Ray Ballard (Angie), Russell Ballard (Kristi) and Ron Ballard (Sandy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other dear family and friends.
