He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debbie" Scoggins; his children, Rick Scoggins Jr. (Kate) and Jackie Walker (Mick); his grandchildren, Wesley, Andrew, Ashley, Kasey, Krista, Abby and Jake; his siblings, Paul Wade Scoggins, Mary Kendall and Theresa McClain (Rick); and his cousin Bud Scoggins. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home. A burial was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at the Brookland Cemetery.
