She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Alford and Ruby Bernice Durham. She is survived by: her significant other Michael Alan Logsdon; her children, Susan House (Steven), Cindy Mosher (Joshua), Paula Logsdon and Mick Logsdon (Shawna); and her grandchildren, Sarah House, David Mosher, Jonathan Mosher, Alex Logsdon and Samuel Logsdon.
In honor of Rita's memory, the family requests that donations be made to Hosparus of Kentucky, whose compassionate care allowed Rita to spend her final days at home, surrounded by family and friends.
