He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Stephanie Dowell; his children, Taylor Elizabeth Dowell and Robert Michael Dowell; his grandchild Carter Dowell; his siblings, Rusty Dowell (Jackie) and Kendall Kline (Jeremy); his parents, Bob Dowell and Sue Dowell; his siblings' children, Jason, Julia, Zoe, Charlotte and Bailey; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Liam Mathieu, Hayden Robert, Kayleigh Jo and Graham Lewis.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Brad's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
