He was predeceased by : his parents, Jake Hite Maddox, Sr. and Elizabeth Schneidtmiller Maddox. He is survived by : his brother Jake H. Maddox, Jr.; his wife Eleanor Nutt Maddox; his children, Lynn D. Maddox, Lee R Maddox (Libby), Perry Wilson (Kristyn) and Toby Nutt (Cindy); his grandchildren, Hannah Maddox Rhea (John), Grady Nutt, II (Heather), Emily Maddox, Amy Nutt Bouvier (David), Lucas Wilson (Sierra) and Meryl Wilson; his great grandchild Grady L Nutt III; and his sister Betty Maddox Matthews (Arthur). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
