He is survived by: his wife Brenda Melvin Williams; his daughters, Katherine Mayo (James), Jennifer Lackey (Brent) and Bethany Williams; his granddaughter Sydney Mayo; and his siblings, John Williams, Lisa Hale and Kathleen Niestadt. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
