We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2024, at the age of 93, Robert Witt of Louisville, Kentucky, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Robert had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Robert may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Witt and Helen Witt; his children, David Witt (Josie), Gary Witt, Kevin Witt (Joanna) and Lesley Witt (Beth); his sister Barb Nell; and his close friend Susie Lile.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bernheim Forest and Arboretum.
