She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Robert Hall and Catherine Hall of Louisville; her husband Douglas Paul Thomas; and her brother Patrick Robert Hall (Gloria). She is survived by: her sons, Andrew Thomas (Wendy) and Adam Thomas (Ashley); her grandchildren, Landon, Alexis and Charlie; and her brother Steve Hall (Ruth).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Liver Foundation or American Diabetes Foundation .
