She is survived by: her son John Michael Lewis (Brittany) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Izabella, Gracie, Landon, Mason and Candace Lewis; and her sisters, Jolyne Gurley (Dennis) of Louisville and Joy Hardin (Donald) of Louisville. She is also survived by several cousins and her fur babies.
