He was predeceased by: his father Roy Skaggs Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Skaggs; his brothers, Eddie, Chris and Dana Skaggs; and his close friend Kate Turner. He is also survived by five nephews; two nieces; five great-nieces and one great-nephew.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Arch L. Heady and Son (2428 Frankfort Ave, Louisville, KY 40206).
