He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his children, Sheila Schuyler and Jeff Metzmeier (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Lauren Kulmer, Lisa Brown, Crystal Ming, Regina Schuyler and Jana Metzmeier; and his great grandchildren, Lawson Kulmer, Ian Kulmer, Ashlyn Ming, Lexie Brown and Connor McCloskey.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
