He is survived by: his sons, Russell Dee Rigney Jr. of Wayne, W. V., Larry Joseph Rigney of Shepherdsville, KY and Ronnie Lee Rigney of Louisville, KY; and his sister Glenna Mills of Liberty. He is also survived by Seven Grandchildren, Seven Great Grandchildren.
