He was predeceased by: his son Phillip Russell; his brother Jack; and his parents, Emil J. Raque and Rose B. Raque. He is survived by: his wife Rosie; and his daughters, Ann Redmond (Dave), Pam Freeman (Clif) and Julie Adams (Jim).
