It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Pate (Louisville, Kentucky), who passed away on August 8, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Henry and Lillin Mae Trotter Hyten; her husband Frank; her sons, Bruce and Phillip Pate; and her siblings, Paul, Bill, Pete, Johnny, Leroy, Esther and Sylvia.
She is survived by : her son Frank Pate (Sandy); her daughter-in-law Gwen Pate of Brandenburg, KY; and her siblings, Eugene Hyten and Pauline Kyle. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
