It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Lee Johnson Jr. of Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 3, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Lula Lee Johnson (West) and Samuel Lee Johnson, Sr.. He is survived by : his children, Keith M. West, LaKesha R. Saunders (Derrick) and Ivory Johnson; his grandchildren, Makhyia White, Stanaja Price, Jaylen West, Deonna Johnson, Derrionna Johnson, Abrionna Johnson, Derrick Saunders, Jr., DeErica Saunders and Dontez Edwards, Jr.; his sister Cheryl L. Johnson; his niece Brittany Johnson; and his nephew Kerry Johnson. He is also survived by father/ grandfather role in the lives of children who lacked a strong male father.
