It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sean Ezell Phelps (Louisville, Kentucky), who passed away on November 25, 2022, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Ed Phelps and Lindi Phelps; his fiancé Becca Ballou; his brother Jordon (Tiffany); his niece Lizzie; Jo Ann and Wayne.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to Norton Children's Hospital in Sean's name.
