She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Frazier and Maxine Frazier (Royles). She is survived by: her children, Lovell Stubbins (Michelle Bline), Nicole Yates (Jeff) and Niesha Ray (Tyrone); and her siblings, William Frazier, Darryl Frazier (Glenda), Karen Parrish (Donald) and Dwan Frazier (Jennyfer). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
