We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2023, at the age of 86, Shirley Ann Burns of Louisville, Kentucky, born in New Albany, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanford Routh and Bertie Vaughn Routh; her former husband Billy Salmon; and her husband Paul David Burns. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey "Jeff" Salmon, Dudley Salmon (Valerie), Kenny Burns (Laverne) and Dianne Newman (Larry). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; several great- grandchildren.
