In the sacred silence of farewell, Shirley Ann is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Shirley Ann's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carroll and Lydia Carroll; and her sister Nancy Carroll. She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Curtsinger and Melinda Duke; her grandchildren, Alexis Curtsinger, Lydia Curtsinger, Aaron Curtsinger and Zackary Duke; her daughter Rosella Perkins; and her sister Barbara Legg. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272).
