It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Nelson (Louisville, Kentucky), who passed away on July 28, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Horace Nelson and Karen Graham (Michael); her grandson Dominic Nelson; her siblings, Harold Snow (Henrietta) and Billie Ransom; her siblings' children, Maurice Snow, Whitney Mielke (Andrew), Erin Snow, Jackie Mitchell (Rene) and Mia Ransom Parnell; and her close friends, Titus Coleman, Patricia Fuller, Beverly Franklin and Kelly Schoenbaechler.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church (3315 Dixie Hwy, Shively, KY 40216). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
