We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2024, at the age of 80, Shirley Ann Hartlage of Louisville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her son John Kevin; and her brother Carl. She is survived by : her sons, Richard W., Anthony W. (Cindy), Charles D. and Brian K. (Miranda); her grandchildren, Hannah, Scott (Kelly), Zachary, Chandler, Carson, Claire, Cecilia, Joan, Ben and Grace; and her siblings, Linda and Dennis. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
