The memory of Shirley R. Wilson of Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 10, 2025 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Chansler and Susie Chansler (Godbey); her grandson Bradley Michael Chansler; and her siblings, J. R. Chansler, Oval Chansler, Esther Chansler, Louise Mills, Lee Chansler and Ray Chansler.
She is survived by: her children, Maretta Wilson (Billy Coslow) and Steve Chansler (Margie); her grandchildren, Steven, Amie Beth (Johnny), Maranda, Emily (Brandon), Natalie and Brantley; her great grandchildren, Blake, Remi, Malia and Leo; and her niece Shelia Smith (Dewayne).
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Trace Fork Cemetery.
