He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Flatt and Susie Flatt (Maupin); and his pets, Buster, Skipper and Tipper.

He is survived by: his wife Marie Price; and his children, Stanley Flatt III (Donna), Gina Webb (Vernal) and Susie Licht (Karl). He is also survived by three grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home (3601 Taylor Blvd, Louisville, KY 40215). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the Bethany Cemetery (10917 Dixie Hwy, Valley Station, KY 40272).
