He is survived by: his parents, Jeffery Sherwin and Michele Sherwin (Amber Crask) of Louisville, Kentucky.; his children, Jacob Michael Sherwin and Jasmin Scarlett Sherwin; his siblings, Chase Sheppard and Ashley Stopher; his nephews, Ezekiel and Carter; his great-grandparents, Harold, Mary Howell and Trice Ward; and his grandparents, Jimmy, Brenda Whitfield, Paul, Cindy Newman, Rod and Dana Lynn Sherwin. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and family and friends.
