She is survived by: her sons, Keith Ray and Logan Wayne Phelps; her father James A. Prather, Jr. (Elizabeth); her siblings, Mercedes Prather (Jesse), James A. Prather (Lacey) and Katelynn Prather (Robbie); her uncle Les Prather; and her aunt Cathy Jones. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
