She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Darius and Cordia Darius (Duncan); and her granddaughter Darlin'Horstman. She is survived by: her children, Tammie Kemp (Vincent) and Larry Horstman Jr.; her grandson Dakota Horstman; her great grandchild Jack Sterling Phelps; and her siblings, Billy, David, Jim Darius (Kim) and Melody Nolen (Steve). She is also survived by extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Greater Life Apostolic Church (114 N Beckley Station Rd, Louisville, KY 40245). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Greater Life Apostolic Church in Tanya's memory.
