He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Voris Bradshaw and Fred Bradshaw; and his siblings, Jayne Wilham (Jay), Barbara Leech (Ronald) and Donald Bradshaw (Ann).

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; and his children, Michael Bradshaw (Mary), Todd Bradshaw (Anne) and Nikki Bradshaw. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
