He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilynn Forrest and Gaylord Forrest; and his daughter Millicent "Millie" Forrest. He is survived by: his wife Dora; his sons, Mason, Conner (Leah) and William; his granddaughters, Vera and Margot; and his brother Robert.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home East Louisville (12900 Shelbyville Rd, Louisville, KY 40243). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
Dr. Forrest was known for his generosity and his integrity, going out of his way to donate his time and resources to younger medical professionals and to the less fortunate.
