He is survived by: his sons, Andy Koeltz, Nikki, Ryan, Christian and Cale; his siblings, Caroline Atkinson (Art) and Ken Koeltz; his nephew Josh Atkinson; and his stepsiblings, Barbie Payne (Dennis), Patty Gyr and Jennifer (David).
