He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Arthur Steele and Ada Pearl Steele; and his sister Patty Lou Purtill (David). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Steele; his children, Debra Gray (David), Robert, William (Shelia), Theodore Jr. and Thomas; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Brittani, Nichole, Sara, Andrew and Allison. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
