He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Foster, and William Foster, Sr.; his daughter Tracey Foster; and his brother William Butch Foster, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Foster, Jr. (Linda), Kirk Foster and Theresa Graves (James); and his sister Ruth Ann Bradley. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the A. D. Porter and Sons Funeral Home - Southeast (4501 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
