It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Franklin Rankin of Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Rankin and Walter Rankin of Louisville; and his child Angel Rankin. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rankin (Coogle); his children, Carol Henry, Leisa Reed (Keith) and Kim Werner (Kevin); and his siblings, Ray Rankin (Leona) and Ida Schaffer. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
