He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Thomas Newton Jr. and Mary Etta Newton; and his brothers, Dennis and Ronald Newton. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Newton; his siblings, Judy Newton, John Newton, Mary Byrnes and Donna Paschel; and his brother-in-law Gary Flaherty (Robin).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the American Diabetes Association in Tom's memory.
