She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna "Pat" Leach and Robert Turner. She is survived by: her husband Larry H. Foley; her grandchildren, Jason (Jessie), Rachel, Josh (Kayla), Cameron, Caila, Daniel, Dylan, Emaline, Ara (Jordan), Noah, Daisy, Corran and Reed; and her friend Rita Herdt. She is also survived by her six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272). A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions in Vicky's memory be made to Hosparus of Louisville, an organization dear to her heart.
