He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Hugo Dilly, Sr. and Catherine E Dilly (Koebel). He is survived by: his sister Mary Jane Dilly; his nieces, Alejandra Dominguez (Jacob) and Victoria A. Dilly (Owen); his great-nephew Derrick Thompson; his great-niece Leah Karnes; and his pet Tito.
