He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his sons, Clay (Heather), Kyle (Krystyna) and Chad (Leslie); his granddaughters, Savannah, Katrina and Hazel Brizendine; his sons, Konrad, Klara Brizendine, Rylan and Oakley Brizendine; his brother Richard Brizendine (Pam); his nephews, Todd Brizendine (Mikki) and Matt Brizendine (Jen); and his niece Rebekah Brizendine.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (501 Cherrywood Rd, St Matthews, KY 40207). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery (1600 Newburg Rd, Louisville, KY 40205).
