He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter H. Mattingly Sr. and Florence Marion Mattingly (Browne). He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Mattingly (Graf); his children, Patrick Mattingly (Patricia), Staci Mattingly Cosgrove (Bobby), Jennifer (Mattingly), Florence (Brian) and Frank Mattingly; his grandchildren, Summer, Justin, Katelyn, Alyssa, Josie, John, Jordan and Frankie Rosalea; and his great grandchild Maverick.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church (7813 Shelbyville Rd, Lyndon, KY 40222). A burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery (1600 Newburg Rd, Louisville, KY 40205).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church.
