He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Sweeney Parker; and his brothers, Harold Parker and David Parker. He is survived by: his children, Mike Parker (Sonya), Marty Parker (Carla) and Patti Ann Cape (Doug); his brothers, Paul Parker (Pam) and Gary Parker (Vickie); his grandchildren, Brad, Dustin (Sarah), Trey (Tiffany), Cole, Ashley and Ty; and his great grandchildren, Destiny, Matthew, Mason and Audrey.

In Lieu of flowers, the family request donations can be made to Hosparus.
