He was predeceased by: his parents, Dahyabhai Patel and Shardaben Patel. He is survived by: his wife Minaxi Patel; his children, Dr. Darshana Patel (Yagnesh), Neha Patel (Gitesh) and Umang Patel (Radhika); and his grandchildren, Jay, Mahima and Param.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home (3800 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to BAPS Charities (https://www.bapscharities.org), a cause close to Yogi's heart.
