It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zak Toole (Louisville, Kentucky), who passed away on September 24, 2025, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Zak Toole to pay them a last tribute.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Zak leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Zak may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He is survived by: his parents, Maggie Brown and James Robert Toole; and his siblings, Josh and Caitlin. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews, and many lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Pearson Funeral Home (149 Breckenridge Ln, Louisville, KY 40207).
Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the American Liver Foundation or the Kentucky Humane Society.
