She was predeceased by: her parents, John Will and Polly Howard Clem; her husband Bill Messer; her siblings, Bobby Lee Clem and Vernie Clem; and her nephew Rick Clem.
She is survived by: her son Tim Messer (Kim) of Baxter; her grandsons, Matthew Messer of Lexington and Lucas Messer of Harlan; her siblings, John R. "Elbert" Clem (Kathy) of Cranks, Orville Clem (Judy) of Loyall, Roxie L. "Launa" Skidmore of Michigan, Nannie Bailey of Wallins, Doris Noe (George) of Harlan and Amie Daniels (Randy) of Cranks; her aunt Henrietta McMillian of Cawood; her sister-in-law Peggy Clem of Highpoint, NC; and her close friends, Virgil Green, Lois Davis, Elsie Lewis and Terri Kelly.
Covid-19 Restrictions of 50% of church capacity, face masks, and social distancing all set by the Governor of Kentucky shall be followed, the family ask that everyone attending please have a face covering on.
