She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Ray and Jimmie Faye Taylor Hash. She is survived by: her sons, Jeremy Card (Darcy) of Harlan, Michael Card (Myshawnna) of Baxter and Christopher Card (Katelyn) of Winchester, KY; her brothers, Patrick Hash (Lynn) of St. Pauls, NC and Michael Hash of Lexington, KY; and her grandchildren, Riley Card, Cameron Card, Ella Card, Michael Ray Card, Jr, Matthew Hampton, Aria Card, Piper Card, Keira Card, Xavier Miracle and Zane Miracle.
