He is survived by: his father Michael Hatfield; his girlfriend Savannah R. Caudill of Lynch; his sons, Jacob R. Hatfield and Malaki R. Dean of Lynch; his mother Josie Hatfield of Lynch; his brother Mikey Hatfield (Tabitha) of Corbin; his grandmother Wanda Eldridge; and his close friend Neal Holbrook of Lynch. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and many friends.
Due to the mandate by the Governor of Kentucky, visitation is limited to 50% of building capacity and face mask must be worn at all times for all services with social distancing.
