He is survived by: his children, Brenda Sparrow of Lawrenceburg, Sharon Dedman (David) of Springfield, Jody Lewis of Bardstown, Gary Lewis, Ricky Lewis (Joyce), Dennis Lewis of Mackville and Ronald Lewis (Melany) of Harrodsburg; and his siblings, Jewell Holt of Bardstown, Carl Lewis (Frankie) of Springfield and James "Buddy" Lewis of Chaplin. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.
