He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma McGregor Sisk and Archie Sisk; and his sisters, Jolene Osborn and Lena May Kasper. He is survived by: his wife Judith Osman Sisk of Madisonville; his children, Gloria Sisk of Madisonville, Laura Lawrence (Randy) of Elgin, IL and Carl Sisk, Jr. of Madisonvile; his granddaughters, Justine Williams, Julia Lawrence and Alexandria Sisk; and his great grandchild Maya.
