She is survived by: her daughter Annjeana Gates (Gary) of Madisonville, KY; her siblings, Beverly Ann Bides of Madisonville, KY, Betty Jean Seaborne of Madisonville, KY, Willie Herndon of Abilene, TX, Ricky Rosey Herndon of Madisonville, KY and Dane Herndon of Honolulu, HI; and her grandchildren, DeLacey Coates, Myra Gates and Malachi Gates. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
