He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammy Millwood and Jimmy Millwood, Sr.; his wife Sonja Millwood; and his children, Chris Millwood and Tabatha Harp.
He is survived by: his sons, Trey Millwood of Madisonville, Jeff Harp of Nashville, TN and Justin Harp of Burns, TN; his sister Rebecca Millwood Wright of Springfield, TN; and his grandchildren, Breyden, Connor, Cara, Dean, Everleigh and River. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
